Why does Postulio exist?
Looking for work in Canada means mastering rules that are rarely written down: a resume with no photo or date of birth, two pages at most, a cover letter tied to the posting, French in Quebec, and screening software that reads your application before any person does. Postulio makes these rules visible and helps you apply them, one application at a time.
Who is Postulio for?
Postulio is for anyone looking for work in Canada, especially:
- newcomers, who need to adapt experience gained elsewhere to Canadian norms;
- students and recent graduates, preparing their first applications;
- career changers, who need to present solid experience in a new light;
- bilingual candidates, who apply in French one day and in English the next.
The Organization plan, available by quote, lets employment support organizations, schools and bootcamps support their participants with Postulio.
How does Postulio work?
Our design choices come down to a few principles, which you will find in every feature:
- You stay in control. Postulio prepares your documents and organizes your tracking, but never submits an application on your behalf.
- Rules you can understand. The ATS score and the Canadian norms check rely on fixed rules, without AI: the same resume gets the same result, and every alert explains why.
- AI where it truly helps. It is used to write and tailor your text, which you always review before using it.
- Two languages, two markets. English and French are treated as equals, and Quebec-specific expectations are taken into account.
- No promises we cannot keep. No tool can guarantee a job; Postulio aims for sharper applications and a better organized search.
What happens to your data?
Your resume and profile are used to generate your documents and calculate your scores. They are never used to train artificial intelligence, neither by us nor by our AI provider. You can export your data or delete your account from your settings. Details are in the privacy policy.
